The Mungo family has been building new homes since 1954, and, to date, more than 11,000 homes carry the Mungo legacy. Many of our customers are second, even third, generation Mungo Homes owners continuing the tradition with their own families.

Irmo/Chapin Communities

Northeast / Blythewood is one of the fastest growing areas in Greater Columbia, with some of the area’s most sought-after public schools in Richland District Two. Combined with easy access to Interstates, Ft. Jackson, and even close proximity to Charlotte, new home demand in the area remains high.
