About the Builder
The Mungo family has been building new homes since 1954, and, to date, more than 11,000 homes carry the Mungo legacy. Many of our customers are second, even third, generation Mungo home owners continuing the tradition with their own families.
The Mungo family of companies has received dozens of awards – both locally and nationally – for quality, innovation and customer satisfaction. In fact, Mungo Homes has been honored with the National Housing Quality Award –– the home building industry's highest recognition for quality construction and customer satisfaction. And Mungo Homes is the only South Carolina-based builder ever honored with this national award. Mungo Homes is also one of only a handful of Certified Master Builders in South Carolina.
