Mungo Homes is pleased to announce the opening of Arbor Springs in the Irmo/Dutch Fork area. Sales of new homes in Arbor Springs have been brisk – 16 since April – even though the model home has just opened. These homes feature up to five bedrooms, two-car garages and open plans. Starting in the $130s, homes range from 1,200 to more than 3,200 square feet. Arbor Springs has just over 100 home sites, and is located on Broad River Road between exits 101 and 97 off I-26. Children attend Dutch Fork schools.
