1st American Honored at Parade of Homes Awards

1st American Builders is proud to have been recognized at the 2009 Raleigh-Wake County Parade of Homes Awards Dinner. The company received a gold award in the $120,000 to $188,174 category and a bronze award in the $224,900 to $251,581 category.

The gold award in the $120,000 to $188,174 category was awarded to The Underwood model in 1st American Builders’ Southview Pointe community located in Fuquay-Varina. The Richard model found in 1st American Builders’ Ashford Village, also in Fuquay-Varina, took the bronze award in the $224,000 to $251,581 category.
