McKinney Joins Mungo Homes

Formerly of Charlotte, North Carolina, Jim was most recently the owner of Southampton Homes and had also previously enjoyed a long tenure with Ryland Homes, starting his career in sales and advancing to Vice President of Sales and Marketing over the Carolinas Division.

Jim is excited about getting back into sales management, stating “it is something I enjoy and am very good at. During my years at Ryland and Southampton, I had minimal employee turn-over and believe in helping others succeed in order for me to succeed.”

With both a sales and construction background, Jim brings a unique perspective to the Director of Sales position with Mungo Homes since he has been involved in all aspects of the business and has succeeded at every level.

Jim has an undergraduate degree and received his M.BA. from the University of North Carolina – Charlotte.
