Steven Mungo Honored with Harrison Award
Steven Mungo recently received The Gordon A. Harrison Award at the Home Builders Association of Greater Columbia annual gala. This award is given each year to an outstanding home builder in the spirit of the man after whom it is named. Harrison is remembered for his high personal character and integrity, and his commitment to helping others. Steven Mungo has been a member of the association since 1986 serving in nearly every leadership position including president in 1990. Steven is currently the Treasurer of the Home Builders Association of South Carolina, and was inducted into the SC Housing Hall of Fame in 2005, joining his father Michael and brother, Stewart. Steven’s work through the Mungo Companies and through the local, state and national home builders associations have helped more Americans reach the dream of home ownership.
