Landon Place Opens in Columbia
Mungo Homes is pleased to announce that Landon Place has opened in Northeast Columbia. With prices starting in the high $100s, new homes range from 2,400 to more than 3,500 square feet. Landon Place has enjoyed early success. The model home opened the first weekend in December and 12 sales were complete by the end of December.

Raffle tickets are being sold at the 12 Oaks community model home for the “Mini V” play house. The playhouse has air conditioning, hardi-plank siding, shingles and shutters, built-in speakers, an iPod docking station and hardwood floors.
