Geoff Shiley has assumed the role of Division President for 1st American Builders. With 1st American since 2002, Geoff quickly advanced due to his hard work and dedication, and most recently served as Chief Operating Officer.

Landon Place Opens in Columbia
Mungo Homes is pleased to announce that Landon Place has opened in Northeast Columbia. With prices starting in the high $100s, new homes range from 2,400 to more than 3,500 square feet. Landon Place has enjoyed early success. The model home opened the first weekend in December and 12 sales were complete by the end of December.

Chumney Earns Designations
