The warranty/customer service process for our new homes is unparalleled. And although our Customer Service Department is nationally recognized, it is the many kind letters, calls and emails from happy home owners that are most rewarding.
What makes us so special? Prior to closing, we introduce home buyers to a customer service manager who explains our new home warranty process. Home owners are then visited 30 days after closing and just prior to the one-year anniversary of your home. But your customer service manager is available to answer any questions or assist in any way so that you can always enjoy living in a Mungo home.
We also provide you with 24-hour emergency numbers. (An emergency is considered anything that can cause immediate danger to person or property.)
