Customer Service

Our Customer Service process is nationally recognized, but it is the many kind letters, calls and emails from happy home owners that are most rewarding.

What makes us so special? Prior to closing, we introduce home buyers to a customer service manager who explains our new home warranty process. Home owners are then visited 30 days after closing and just prior to the one-year anniversary of your home. Our customer service manager is also available to answer any questions or assist in any way so that you can always enjoy living in a Mungo home.

24-Hour Emergency Hotline

We also provide you with 24-hour emergency numbers. (An emergency is considered anything that can cause immediate danger to person or property.)
