Many of the floor plans designed by Mungo Homes include rooms with flexible usage possibilities. For example, an office or bonus room could be used as a den, playroom or bedroom. Therefore, in many cases, a home is not limited to the designated number of bedrooms on the floor plan.
Home Style
- Traditional — The design is historically based on architectural style, layout and details.
- Executive — Large homes on comparably large home sites with an emphasis on upscale architectural features, details, and finishes.
- Garden/Courtyard — The garden home provides maximum livability on a small home site and combines style with the convenience of low-maintenance. The courtyard home provides the upscale style and features of an executive home on a small home site.
