Off Lee Vaughn Road, Copper Creek features two collections: the Genesis Series inlcudes new homes ranging from 1,600 to more than 3,300 square feet and up to six bedrooms, and start in the $140s.  Starting in the high $170s, the Traditions Series includes new homes that are well-appointed with many comfort features and range from 2,100 to more than 3,600. A brick exterior is an option on new homes in the Traditions Series.  Copper Creek amenities include a pool, cabana, tot lot and athletic field.  The model home is scheduled to open in early Feburary.

In Victoria Park, off Harrison Bridge Road, new homes range from 1,300 to more than 3,300 square feet, with open plans, up to six bedrooms and a garage. Starting in the $120s, Victoria Park features a pool, cabana and tot lot.  The model home is scheduled to open in late February.
