Columbia, SC. Mungo Homes, together with Sovereign Homes, Mungo's luxury new home division, will showcase a home in the 2011 Parade of Homes at the Peninsula at Lake Carolina. 

The Berkshire, Mungo's entry, is a 3,200 square foot luxury home with three bedrooms and two and a half baths.  The Arts & Crafts home features a stone arch in the foyer, a floor to ceiling stone fireplace in the great room and a magnificent beadboard barrel vaulted ceiling in the living room.  Other features include specialty tile work, custom molding, a gourmet kitchen, a gracious master suite, distributed audio and a kid's dream play room.
