Savannah, GA.  Mungo Homes – GA is pleased to announce the opening of its model home at Live Oak in Richmond Hill.  Live Oak is Mungo Homes’ first designer model to open since its recent expansion into the Savannah market.  Mungo is known for its award-winning floor plans and designs as well as its merchandising of model homes.

New homes at Live Oak start in the $140s and range from 1,200 to more than 3,300 square feet with up to six bedrooms.  Remote sales began in February and out of 32 total homes in Live Oak, 19 have sold through May. 

Mungo Homes is currently building in four communities – Live Oak, Stonebridge, Somersby and Dunham Marsh – with additional models to open in the future.  A sales office is currently open in Stonebridge in Berwick.
