Customer Care

Your Mungo Home is insured by Quality Builders Warranty, and we are proud to be a repeat winner of their Builder of Integrity Award for high quality new home construction and customer care. With literally hundreds of thousands of parts used to build a new home, periodically something needs adjusting after closing. In the case of post-closing adjustments, our Customer Care Department will review any items at your 30-day "check up" or during your 11-month "check up." Our team will contact you directly to schedule these check-ins, or you can request a service appointment yourself.

HVAC / Plumbing / Electrical / Appliance Issues?

If you have an HVAC, plumbing, electrical or appliance issue, please refer to the SOS sticker on your panel box—typically in your garage or laundry room—to locate the direct phone number of the appropriate subcontractor. Our suppliers and subcontractors are committed to providing you with exceptional service.

Personal or Property Risk?

If you feel either personally at risk or believe there is risk of property damage, we have someone on-call 24-hours a day, seven days a week to handle any emergency. Otherwise, please contact our Call Center during regular business hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm EST, and 7am – 4pm CST.
