Take Hwy 8 south from US 123.
Go 3.9 miles and turn right on 3 and 20 Rd.

Take Hwy 153 to 3 Bridges Rd.
Turn right onto Old Mill Rd.
Turn left on Pelzer Hwy.
Stay right at the fork onto Fire Station Rd.
At the fork, turn left onto Pepper Rd.
Turn left onto 3&20 Rd.
Avendell will be on the right.

From I-85:
Take exit 32 head north on Hwy 8 for 3.3 miles.
Turn left to continue on Hwy 8W/SC 88/Old Greenville Hwy.
Turn right on 3&20 Rd.

Jason was a great builder. If I ever build a house again, I would want him to be my builder. He is extremely detail oriented, always honest, and always willing to answer questions/help. When tropical hurricane/storm Irma was approaching (this was a few weeks after I moved in), he reached out to make sure I knew how to install my storm shutters and offered to stop by if I had questions.
