The single-story Callista plan features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Enter through the rocking chair front porch to be greeted by a formal dining room with arched entry. Continue through the hallway to the open family room and eat-in just off of the kitchen. The kitchen features a breakfast bar overlooking the family room, as well as an arched entry to the dining room for easy access. The pantry and laundry room are conveniently located off of the kitchen for ample storage. Continue passed the pantry and laundry to the primary suite with large walk-in closet. Two secondary bedrooms are located at the front of the house and share a hall bathroom. An optional second-story provides even more space with a bonus room or loft and fourth bedroom.
