Please visit the customer portal to submit a warranty request. Once processed, a Customer Care Representative will contact you to schedule a service appointment. All repairs are scheduled during normal business hours, Monday-Thursday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm and Friday between 9:00 am and 12:00 pm.
