Resulting from a national survey co-sponsored by Energage and USA TODAY, Top Workplaces USA rankings are based solely on employee feedback. A total of 1,526 employers were honored, and Mungo Homes was recognized in the Top 10 for companies with 500-1,000 employees.

In keeping with the Mungo family tradition of “giving back,” the Mungo Homes Foundation was established in 2021. With the sole mission of improving the communities where Mungo builds, the Foundation provides economic, educational, health, housing, and emergency hardship support to individuals in need due to circumstances beyond their control. A portion of each home sold is contributed to the Foundation and is invested in the local community of that home. 

In addition, all Team Members are annually granted 16 hours of paid volunteer time off. Many of these hours are spent volunteering during the Week of Service each spring, and the Week of Giving each December.
