Mungo Homes, along with dozens of trade partners donating labor and materials, is proud to announce Michael's House, a first-of-its-kind home that will be sold at market-rate, with net proceeds to benefit a local charity.
The inaugural Michael's House is located in Hendrix Farm in Lexington, SC, and will help fund the Village at St. Andrews, a joint project between the United Way and Homeless No More to continue working to create housing for families in the Midlands.
About the Project
The Village at St. Andrews is a housing community for Lexington County families with children, equipped with an on-site accredited childcare center and a small grocery store for residents and the surrounding area.
Honoring a Legacy of Compassion and Determination
The name "Michael's House" honors the memory and legacy of company founder, the late Michael J. Mungo who grew up in abject poverty, put himself through the University of South Carolina, and found success in the land development and home building business. Mr. Mungo worked quietly and tirelessly throughout his life to ensure that those less fortunate were afforded life's basic needs: food, shelter, and healthcare.

This three-car garage Saluda plan features four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
