Amanda Ball Recognized as Columbia Regional Business Report's "Forty Under 40" HonoreeAugust 7, 2024

Mungo Homes is pleased to announce that Amanda Ball, Columbia Vice President of Sales, has been honored by Columbia Regional Business Report as one of the area’s premier Forty Under 40!

Since arriving at Mungo Homes in 2012 as a Sales Assistant, Amanda has blazed a trail rising through the management ranks at a young age and with a determination to succeed. Since becoming the youngest Sales Manager in the history of the company  in 2020 at just 30 years old, then the youngest Vice President in 2020, Amanda has overseen a team of more than 20 sales agents who have sold a record 3,000 homes. In 2023 alone, she guided her team to more than 1,000 closings, a company record for a single year. This accomplishment earned her a Diamond Citation Award – for more than $150M in sales - at the annual Regal Awards by the Sales & Marketing Council of the Building Industry Association of Central South Carolina.

Columbia Market President, Andy Evans, said, “I can’t think of anyone more deserving of this recognition than Amanda. She is a role model with her work ethic and drive for excellence, which had led to her outstanding success here at Mungo.”

A Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of South Carolina with a degree in Journalism, Amanda grew up in Columbia after immigrating at a young age from the UK. She and her husband, Joe, have two sons, with whom she frequently participates in 5K races for charity.
