On Thursday August 4th, our Columbia team held a "Thanks a Brunch" event for local realtors at the Portrait Hill clubhouse.  Attendees got a sneak peak into future development in the area as well as current opportunities in Lexington's Sterling Bridge, Chapin's Palmetto Shores and final opportunities at Portrait Hill.  The Belgium Waffle Truck and SIPSetc provided food and beverages.
