Mungo Homes Breaks Ground on New HQOctober 5, 2023

Mungo Homes broke ground on its new company headquarters on Tuesday, September 26, 2023, at 10:30am. To sit adjacent to the current campus at 441 Western Lane in Irmo, the $10M state-of-the-art 20,250 square foot building will allow for the addition of some 40 new jobs meeting requirements to receive Job Development credits along with a State of South Carolina Grant.

The Mungo family started building new homes in Columbia, South Carolina in 1954, and now builds in eight Markets throughout South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, and Virginia. While still family-run today with Steven Mungo as CEO, Mungo Homes proudly became part of Clayton Properties Group in 2018, and still builds with the same intention and integrity.
