Mungo Homes Foundation Announces Fourth Annual Week of GivingNovember 29, 2024

The Mungo Homes Foundation is pleased to announce its fourth annual Week of Giving held December 2-6 throughout all 10 Markets where Mungo Homes builds. With a tradition of holiday giving, the Mungo Homes Foundation will coordinate check presentations while team members perform company-allotted volunteer hours leading with the mission: “To serve so that others are empowered to thrive.” This year, more than 40 nonprofit organizations will be presented checks or will host Mungo Homes team members as they sort and pack food, shop for and wrap gifts for children, serve meals to the homeless, and more. Total donations will be approximately $300,000.

Local Mungo Homes team members nominated Week of Giving recipients, who were then selected by each local Mungo Homes Foundation Board of Advisors based on qualifying criteria. In 2023, more than $420,000 was donated to worthy organizations, and team members volunteered more than 3,900 combined hours during the annual Week of Service and Week of Giving.
