Mungo Homes Honored With 2026 Avid AwardsJune 17, 2026

Mungo Homes is proud to announce our 2026 Avid Benchmark and Service Award winners! Avid Ratings recognizes builders and individuals who rise to the top in customer satisfaction nationwide, and our winners were selected using move-in survey feedback from customers who closed in 2025. Mungo has partnered with Avid for nearly 20 years, using customer feedback to improve our systems and better customer experience across our organization.

This year, five of our markets earned the Avid Benchmark Award, which recognizes builders who rank in the top 25% nationwide based on overall star ratings. The winning markets and their scores are as follows:

• Raleigh: 94.7
• Columbia: 94.8
• Charlotte: 95.3
• Charleston: 95.8
• Greenville: 96.4

Avid's individual Service Awards recognize team members who demonstrate that they consistently exceed customer expectations. The following team members were recognized in the Construction category: Matt Johnson (Columbia), CJ Norris (Greenville), and Doug Stasio (Charleston).

Our top three Sales Award winners, Sean Tierney (Richmond), Sara Helms (Wilmington), and Lauren Popson (Charleston), all received perfect scores. Kay Linnen and Aaron Yant, both in Greenville, were also recognized with individual Sales Awards. Sara Helms also won the Design Award, earning a perfect score in the Options, Upgrades, and Colors category.
