Mungo Homes is pleased to announce that the Raleigh Division is now ranked the sixth largest residential builder by the Triangle Business Journal. Based on 2023 dollar volume in closings, this ranking put Mungo Homes ahead of some National builders who have larger footprints.

Mungo Homes entered the Raleigh market in 2007 with the acquisition of the then First American Builders. Mungo employs approximately 80 Team Members in Raleigh, and last year closed 830 homes with a dollar volume of $244M.
