Homes in our Charlotte Market recently took honors in the 2025 Parade of Homes: the Cannalily plan in both Lakeview Village and Sloan Station took the Gold Award and Silver Award, respectively, for Best Homes priced $300K - $399K.

This is Mungo’s first year in the Parade of Homes, which is the Charlotte Region's largest open house, featuring homes scattered throughout the area. The finest home builders in Charlotte and the surrounding area participate in this free, self-guided tour which showcases new homes for sale, fully decorated models to tour, and communities available for building.
