CraftMaster Homes is pleased to announce that Tim Parent has been appointed Market President to oversee the day-to-day home building operations and assist in the successful expansion of the company.

A graduate of Virginia Tech, Tim brings 20 years’ experience from project management to sales and marketing, and, most recently as General Manager for CraftMaster Homes. As a former President of the Home Builder’s Association of Richmond, Tim is known for his outstanding contributions to the industry through his advocacy, education, and networking.

This year CraftMaster is introducing home designs that have been successful in other Mungo Homes’ markets, which will bring an attractive price point to the Richmond area. According to Tim, “I’m excited about what’s ahead, leading a great team, and bringing new products which will make home ownership attainable for a broader segment of the population.”
