The Raleigh team was recently recognized at the 39th Annual MAME Awards by the Home Builders Association of Wake County. Awards this year: Georgia's Landing Pool /Swim-up Bar for Best Innovative Feature for a Community Single Builder; Renaissance at White Oak for Best Rendered Virtual Tour of a Community; and big congratulations to the Georgia's Landing Production Team - Jeremy Hogel, Blake Bedson, Austin Shadic – for Superintendent Team of the Year!
