Ric Rojas Joins Mungo Homes as Mid-Atlantic Regional PresidentMay 11, 2026

Mungo Homes is expanding its leadership team with the appointment of Ric Rojas as the third Regional President. Based out of Raleigh, Rojas will oversee all operations across the newly created Mid-Atlantic region, which includes the Raleigh, Richmond, and Triad markets.

“I have known Ric for many years and am confident he is an excellent cultural fit for our organization,” said CEO Geoff Shiley. “Ric brings extensive national homebuilding experience, along with deep expertise in land development and acquisitions.”

Bringing over 30 years of development and homebuilding experience to the team, Rojas will serve on both the Executive Leadership Team and the Executive Operations Team. The addition of a third Regional President will help in establishing a regional structure that supports Mungo’s consistent growth in the coming years.
