Richmond Ranks in Top 10March 13, 2025

The Home Building Association of Richmond recently announced its 2024 list of Top 10 builders, with Mungo Homes listed as number nine in dollar volume, and number 10 in units solds. According to HBAR, 35% of homes sold in Central Virgina were new construction with an average sales price of $540,000, while the average sales price for a new Mungo home in Richmond was approximately $573K.

According to Richmond Market President, Tim Parent, "Our current and upcoming land positions have us well-poised for continued growth, and we're excited about what we're bringing to the market to meet the demands of home buyers."

Mungo Homes expanded into the Richmond market in 2021.
