Mungo Homes’ Savannah team was recently honored at the 2025 Summit Awards, hosted by the Home Builders Association of Greater Savannah.

Jim Swingle was awarded Sales Manager of the Year, and the team was honored as the On-Site Large Sales Team of the Year based on dollar volume and number of units. Mungo won Best Promotional Campaign for the “New Home” marketing campaign, and several new home advisors took home awards for their sales volume.
