Wilmington Team Shines at Parade of Homes Gala!May 14, 2025

Mungo Homes is pleased to announce that Wilmington Director of Production Bryan O'Connell was named Construction Manager of the Year at the recent Wilmington Cape Fear Home Builders Association Parade of Homes Gala!

With Mungo since July, 2023, Bryan says, “I’m very excited to be honored but also very humbled” crediting the support of the Wilmington production team for the recognition.

Also at the Gala, the Wilmington Team took home the Gold Award for the Edgewood model at Grand Park; and the Silver Award for the Durham model at Citadel Point.

The 39th  Annual Parade of Homes includes more than 80 homes in New Hanover, Brunswick and Pender Counties, and showcases the craftsmanship, diversity and quality of the region’s premier homes.
