At Mungo Homes, the health and peace of mind of you and our team members is our focus. We are actively following news and reports regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19). The situation is creating a lot of change for families, our team members, consumers and businesses. We have been working to address these changes in the best way that we can, and we want to highlight the precautionary measures that we have put in place.

All of our team members are instructed to monitor their health and if they are ill, or a family member is ill, not to come to work.

Our teams are holding “virtual meetings” whenever possible, and many team members are now working remotely from home.

Our Welcome Centers are open, but all handshaking, hugs and other physical greetings are being withheld, but we will still offer you a warm smile. We are scheduling one-on-one VIP appointments with our on-site New Home Advisors, which will take precedent over “walk-ins.” Please wash or use hand sanitizer before entering, and leave any unnecessary friends/family members at home to minimalize any spreading of germs. And let’s mutually agree to maintain a comfortable six-foot distance! We also encourage and look forward to virtual appointments via FaceTime or Skype.

We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting our Welcome Centers, Model Homes, and Design Centers with special attention to high-contact surfaces such as chairs, doorknobs, desks, counter spaces, samples, etc.

Our Warranty teams are postponing any non-emergency visits to occupied homes until further notice.

As we navigate this dynamic situation, we will adjust our customer experience in our Welcome Centers, Design Centers, and our Warranty process. Thank you so much for your patience as we work through this together.
