Did you know Mungo Homes offers several interactive features on our website? With tools ranging from interactive floor plans to a three-person online team that is accessible instantly via live chat, we’re here to help you easily navigate our website to find what you’re looking for!

Interactive Floor Plans

Did you know many of our floor plans allow you to add options when you are building your new home? Options depend on each individual floor plan, with some as small as a bench and cubbies, and some as large as an alternate layout for the first floor. To view the options available, find the community you are interested in, select a floor plan, and click on “Interactive Plan.” You may also search by plan name in the search bar, but keep in mind not all options may be available in each community.

3D Tours

Besides viewing interactive floor plans, many also feature a complete 3D walk-through. If the plan you are interested in features a 3D walk-through, you will see “3D Tour” on the floor plan page. Click "3D Tour" and you will be able to navigate your way through the entire model!

Online New Home Advisors

We know that you will have questions in your new home search, that is why we have made it easy to access our Online New Home Advisors. They are here to answer any questions you have about our communities, listings, floor plans, the building process, and can even set a VIP appointment with an on-site New Home Advisor for you. Filtering Your Search

When searching for a new home, we understand you may have several criteria your new home needs to meet. Whether you are looking for a community in a certain area of town, or your search is geared more towards the perfect home and less on the location of the home, we have made it simple to search either way!

If you are looking to move to a particular area of town, click "Find Your New Home" and the market you are looking in. 

From there, you will be able to filter by area. Simply click "Filter By" and choose your area:

If you are looking for a home with specific requirements, click "Quick Move-In Homes" on your market page and then "Filter By" to filter by market, area, bedroom count, bathroom count, price range, floor plan, square footage range, master bedroom location, and available date. You can choose as many or as few filter options as you'd like!
