We are proud to announce that we have again been recognized by Avid Ratings, who annually honors the top-performing builders and their team members who excel at customer service.

The Avid Benchmark Award recognizes builders who rank in the top 25% throughout the U.S. and Canada for exceptional survey responses provided by homeowners who closed between January and December of 2024. Earning the 2025 Benchmark Award: Charleston, with 95% and a winner each of the 20 years since partnering with Avid; winning for the third consecutive year, Columbia with 94.4%; winning for four consecutive years, Greenville with 94.8% and Raleigh with 94.7%; and threepeat winner, Savannah with 93.9%.

The Avid Service Award highlights individuals who receive outstanding satisfaction scores, standing out among thousands of professionals evaluated through the Avid CX platform. The following Mungo builders in Columbia were recognized for the first in the Construction category:  Jhon Gonzalez, Roy Greene, and Ray Wright; and two-time honoree, Joe Grimmer.

In the Design category: Kyler Geib and Rachel Lovaas, from Columbia; and, in the Sales category, Lauren Popson from Charleston.
