In 2014 to honor our 60th Anniversary, Mungo Homes began a partnership with WIS-TV in Columbia, South Carolina, to recognize people who have contributed to the community in a positive way: those who are true COMMUNITY BUILDERS.

Honorees are nominated and the award presentations are a complete surprise. In addition, the Michael J. Mungo Foundation gives a check for $1000 to the charity of the honoree's choice, often the organization for which they volunteer.
