Mungo Homes is expanding its product offerings with the introduction of two new floor plans, Avery and Brantley. These plans mark the debut of the Arrival Series, designed to suit a variety of life stages, including first-time homebuyers and those looking to downsize. Ranging from 800 to 874 square feet, these homes offer efficient living spaces and will border shared green spaces.

Avery
The Avery is a one-story floor plan featuring two bedrooms and one bathroom. The common areas have an open-concept layout that connects the kitchen, eat-in area, and great room. The kitchen includes an island with counter seating, along with a conveniently placed pantry. Down the hallway, you’ll find both bedrooms and a shared full bathroom, as well as a convenient laundry closet. Personalization options for the Avery include an additional bathroom sink, an alternate laundry layout, an electric fireplace, and more.

Brantley
The Brantley is a two-story, two-bedroom, one-and-one-half-bathroom plan. Upon entry, you’re welcomed into a great room that flows into the kitchen and eat-in, creating an inviting main living space. For additional counter space, an optional kitchen island is available. A central powder room and coat closet complete the first floor. Upstairs, you’ll find two secondary bedrooms—each with its own walk-in closet—a shared full bathroom, and a laundry closet. Available options for the Brantley include a storage shed, an exterior kitchen door, an electric fireplace, and more.
