Three model homes have recently been built in Mungo Homes’ Charlotte market, highlighting the team's steady momentum since entering the region in 2024. In Shelby, Willowbrook’s Gwinnett II model home was completed in April. This ranch-style plan is one of nine community options that range from 1,383 to over 2,500 square feet, with pricing starting in the mid $300s.
