Mungo Homes Gathers for 2026 Annual MeetingMarch 9, 2026

Mungo Homes recently hosted an all-company meeting with over six hundred team members and guests from Clayton Properties Group and Silverton Mortgage at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center. The two-day event, titled “Inspire”, centered around stories of inspiration from across the organization.

The first day showcased key moments from 2025, including Mungo’s work with Operation Coming Home, employee “WOW” awards, and powerful team member and homeowner testimonials. After the meeting day concluded, attendees had opportunities to connect at the “Heroes Among Us” party, where partygoers dressed as their personal hero.

On day two, team members celebrated highlights and awards from each of Mungo’s ten markets and shared services teams. Attendees also learned more about the work of the Mungo Homes Foundation and Homeless No More, a Columbia nonprofit organization that works to stabilize and house vulnerable families.

Team members jumped into action to support this organization and worked together to make over 100 blankets for homeless families in the area. The meeting wrapped up with a presentation and Q&A on how Mungo will continue its legacy of inspiration.
