Mungo Homes’ Greenville market was recently honored at the 2025 Bridge Awards, hosted by the Home Builders Association of Greenville. The Greenville team took home several awards in the 2025 New Homes – Production Builder Category, including Best Overall ($300,000-$449,000) for the Lacey floor plan. In the $1,000,000+ category, the Rutledge II in Walnut Grove was awarded Best Overall and Best Bath, along with the award for Best Finished Detached Garage in the Best Special Features category.

Additionally, the following New Home Advisors were honored with 2025 Million Dollar Circle Awards:

  • $5,000,000 to $10,000,000: Kevin Chapman, Nick Johnson, Kaz Ansari
  • $10,000,000 to $15,000,000: Kay Linnen, Tim Keaton, Kim Davis, Kristin Stokes, Mehri Bradford, Aaron Yant, Alexis Meyers, Ben Ruiz, Chase Reeves
  • $15,000,000 to $20,000,000: Paige Norris, Becky Thornley
