Mungo Homes is proud to introduce five drive-under floor plans coming to Long Savanna this summer. Designed with coastal living in mind, these plans are ideal for entertaining, with features like flex rooms, spacious kitchen islands, butler’s pantries, and open living areas.  

There are several curated options to customize the plans to fit your needs, including additional bedrooms, built-ins, and elevator shafts. With square footage ranging from 2,220 to 3,045, these homes will offer three to five bedrooms and two-and-one-half to three-and-one-half bathrooms.

With five bedrooms and three-and-one-half bathrooms, the Harmon—the floor plan of the future Long Savanna model home—is a spacious drive-under option. The main floor includes the primary bedroom, along with the kitchen, eat-in, and great room. A loft and flex room provide room for relaxation and gathering on the second floor, and four additional bedrooms complete this level. Options include adding a sixth bedroom, second story porch, or a desk and cabinets in the flex room.

The Dover plan has three bedrooms, two-and-one-half bathrooms, and an open main level. The primary bedroom is on the top floor, along with a laundry room, loft, and two secondary bedrooms. When building the Dover, you can add options like a fireplace, built-ins, a butler’s pantry, and laundry cabinets.

The three bedroom, two-and-one-half bathroom Elmwood plan has a flex space immediately upon entry, perfect for an office or guest suite. An open great room, kitchen with an island, coat closet, powder room, and covered porch are all on the main level, with all bedrooms upstairs. This home has options for a fireplace, butler’s pantry, second-story porch, and more.

The Folly plan is perfect for customizing, with options including a fourth bedroom, butler’s pantry, and even an elevator shaft! This home has three bedrooms, two-and-one-half bathrooms, and two flex spaces on the main level. The main level has an open kitchen with island seating, a large walk-in pantry, a great room and an eat-in, with a covered porch in the back. The upstairs has a loft, all three bedrooms, and a laundry room.

The Grace floor plan is another spacious drive-under plan, offering five bedrooms and three-and-one-half bathrooms. The main level features an open kitchen, great room, eat-in, primary suite, and more, along with a covered porch. The upstairs loft offers storage, and four additional bedrooms round out this floor. Buyers can customize this plan with an elevator shaft, alternate laundry room layout, sixth bedroom, and more unique options.

These drive-under options combine Mungo's characteristic craftsmanship and attention to detail with thoughtful nods to coastal living. Long Savanna will launch late summer 2026, bringing amenity-rich living to the heart of West Ashley.
