Mungo Homes Purchases Former Golf CourseFebruary 22, 2024

Mungo Homes is excited to have recently purchased and closed on property in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina that is the former nine-hole Bear Course of River Oaks Golf Club that shut down in 2021. Rezoned in 2020 for single family homes, development of the first phase of this new home community is anticipated to start Summer 2024, with some 220 single-family homes planned. Future residents will enjoy amenities including a swimming pool, cabana, and open wooded spaces.
