Mungo Homes’ Charleston market received three awards at the 36th annual PRISM Awards on November 6th, 2025. The Charleston market took home the following awards:

• Best Model Row $400,000-$499,000: Six Oaks Model Row
• Best Social Media Marketing Campaign: Cordgrass Landing Waterfront Homes Campaign
• Community Outreach/Service: Mungo Homes Foundation Week of Service 2024

The Charleston Home Builders Association's Sales and Marketing Council established the PRISM Awards in 1988 to honor outstanding achievement in new home sales, marketing, construction, and promotion.
