The Savannah team was recently recognized by the Sales & Marketing Council of the Home Builders Association of Savannah as the Top Producing Local Diamond Builder. Sales Manager, Jim Swingle, said "I'm so proud of how this sales team works together and the relationships they have built within the Brokerage community."

The Diamond Builder program encourages and fosters relationships between builders and local Real Estate Brokers.
