Amanda Ball Promoted to Vice President of Columbia MarketFebruary 5, 2026

Mungo Homes is pleased to announce that Amanda Ball has been promoted to Vice President of the Columbia Market. This newly established role is the first of its kind for Mungo, and Amanda will work closely with Market President Andy Evans to support market operations across all departments.

"I will help Andy ensure that individual department goals are met and that we are all working as one unit to accomplish what we have set on the five-year plan," Amanda said. "We want to continue the great practices we have in place in Columbia as well as look at areas of opportunity."

This promotion comes at an exciting time for the Columbia market, as the team prepares to expand into new submarkets. As Amanda moves into this new role, Field Sales Manager Ella Rollings will begin to increase her responsibilities over the entire sales team and help continue the Columbia team's success.

Amanda has previously been honored as one of Columbia Regional Business Report's premier Forty Under 40 and has received the Regal Award's Diamond Citation Award for more than $150M in sales. Since joining the Mungo team as a Sales Assistant in 2012, Amanda has moved up the management ranks and consistently demonstrated strong leadership. In 2023, she led her team in setting a market record with over 1,000 home closings in a single year.
