When Mungo Homes builds a new community, we set out to create an atmosphere that helps residents love the area surrounding their home just as much as the home itself. One way we do this is by incorporating unique amenities in many of our communities—attractions and features that can be enjoyed by homeowners, their friends and their families. Read on to learn more about some of the sought-after amenities we included in our newest communities throughout North and South Carolina and Georgia. 

Cypress Village

Just minutes from the famous beaches of Myrtle Beach lies Cypress Village, an amenity-packed Mungo Homes community in Little River, South Carolina. In addition to well-priced homes with functional floor plans, residents of Cypress Village will appreciate the entertainment options right inside their own community—starting with the clubhouse. The clubhouse features common areas where inclusive homeowner events are held, such as holiday parties and activity nights.
